So this is what Isabella thinks about me working on a jigsaw puzzle instead of playing with her. Please consider our cat tax paid in full.

Poor Isabella looks very neglected, indeed. (Actually, she looks like a total sweetie, Libby!) 🙂
Are you kidding? You would work on a jigsaw puzzle instead of playing? Where are your priorities? Tax paid in full, for sure!
I am such a rude fur baby mom!!
Mine would be swatting the pieces all over the place!
Bella steals at least one and hides it. She loves to steal my stuff. Somewhere in my house is a stash of missing useless stuff that she has hidden from me!!
She’s waiting and watching for the perfect opportunity to steal a piece without being noticed. Smart girl!
Isabella is too cute! Is this the only way she interrupts you? My mom’s cat constantly sits on her things. Cutting a pattern (fabric)? Sit on it. Ironing clothes? Jump on the board. Reading a newspaper? Sit in front of it.
If Bella really wants my attention she does do similar things but her real attention getter is to chew on my computer or phone charging cords. Sitting on my laptop keyboard is another of her favorites. She loves to burrow so changing the bed sheets is an all day affair. Bella also has her own throw rugs that she hides her toys under then she attacks the rug and dives under it. Usually in the morning when I get up her rug is in a ball in the living room. We also play hide-and-seek together. Bella always wins cuz she knows all my hiding spots!
So in other words, Bella is a typical cat 🙂 She certainly sounds like she’s very clever and playful and has a big bag of tricks for getting attention.
Libby, I close the bedroom door to change the sheets! Tatiana likes to chase cords but at least she does not punch holes in my husband’s oxygen tubing. I pick up the laptop if she is approaching’ she makes a good computer table.
What a smart girl to avoid playing with important things. Sending you and your husband hugs and wishes for good health, Jane.
Jane i am sorry to learn that your husband is on oxygen. My sincerest wishes for his well being. What a disaster it would be if Tatiana chose to chew on his oxygen tubing. Ugh!!!
I love Tatiana’s name. Is there a special story behind it?
I love that you play hide and seek with Bella! I can just see Bella on the hunt and hear the giggling when she finds you out!
i do feel silly hiding behind my furniture but she does love to play with me. When she finds me I throw my hands in the air and she hops up on her back paws throwing her front paws up in the air. Then she runs off for me to hide again.
The image of you and Bella throwing your hands and paws in the air with every successful find is exactly the image I needed today. Thanks Libby, you’re such a gem. Don’t feel silly; I’d play exactly same way very happily.
Libby, Thanks. It is a hassle but has not stopped us from traveling.
Am so glad you can continue your travels. You seem to be quite the adventurer – enjoying discovering new places all the time.
