Hello friends!

How are you enjoying the discussions so far?

We’re looking ahead to the new year and are setting January 6th as the restart to discussions on The Grey Wolf, if there is interest?

We are also inviting you to suggest discussion topics and provide feedback on any question you’d like to support and any that you think are not appropriate. Please keep in mind that any discussion topics we’ve suggested are only ideas, and we are not at all offended if any of the suggested questions we’ve proposed are duds. Just let us know what you think!

Here’s the link to the thread for our proposed discussion of The Grey Wolf in January.

  1. I would “upvote” all of the questions on the list in the link for our January discussion. I believe they encourage the widest possible range of comments and perspectives. That is how I see the current questions and the comments so far. I am absolutely enjoying the current discussion.

    1. Hi Nancy, yes exactly, that’s what we have in mind to accommodate your busy schedules for the holidays. Our current schedule runs to the 14th and then we’ll pick up again on Jan 6th with the list of new questions we’re gathering in the discussion thread linked above. We’ll publish the new discussion schedule on the 14th, with some flexibility to add more questions to our list in Jan, should anyone want to propose more topics now or over the holidays. We ourselves have another one or two to add to the list still, but warmly welcome suggestions for topics from everyone in the group.

  2. A question for everyone. During our Wisdom of Gamache discussions we went through several topics including: a passage or scene that embraces the spirit of Three Pines, the humour of LP, a passage or scene with insight into human nature, a historical detail of interest, and an enticing food moment. Is this group of topics something you all might be interested in doing for The Grey Wolf as well?
