Today's discussion question focuses on insights into human nature. So here's an insight on why some people might take great care of their appearance, while others may not have the same attitude.
I don't fuss over my hair very much and I never have. That is because my mom cut my hair when I was young. And she cut it frequently. The style was always her choice, and I use the word "style" very loosely. Because of these repeated experiences, my general attitude toward hair and bad haircuts is now: it will grow back.
Sometimes when you peel back the layers of a person to understand their behaviours and attitudes, it can be fascinating. Unfortunately, that this is not one of those times.
But the cat picture is very cute and funny.
I am fascinated with human behavior and why people are the way they are. Many times understanding why someone does something helps us better deal with their actions/behaviors. It’s not about forgiving or letting something slide or go unpunished. It’s about handling the situation in a more productive way. It’s about being more understanding vs judgmental. I also think it helps one predict how someone might act in the future. Could be good information to have.
I agree 100% Libby!
