Inspired by Three Pines and the Bistro, I ordered this for lunch yesterday with a friend. I am confident Olivier's is much better and more authentic.
We had lunch following a walk in the bosque.

This looks delicious (and is that Canadian bacon? Gabri would approve). The scenery is beautiful – it feels like its ushering in Spring.
I think it is a thinly sliced ham but passes for Canadian bacon here in the southwest. What you can’t see in the photo is the green chile in the bechamel sauce!
okay, you’ll need to stop with all the mouthwatering details now. I’m joking, of course. Green chile bechamel is something new to me. I will have to give that a try.
