Here's a different type of gift that any artist or business would appreciate. The cost is only some time and a bit of thought for the giver, but could mean so much more to the receiver. This is especially true for authors who don't have large followings or businesses that are just starting out. With everything online now and review and rating based, quite often we hear more from people who are disappointed and want to vent. The happy majority often stays silent. But how nice would it be to hear the happiness from the majority over the complaints from the small but loud few?
