I’m not sure what is being asked (What is the opposite . . .) because what I found is that pspspsps is an onomatopoeia used to recreate the sound some make to get the attention of a cat. Of course, what cat pays attention of any attempt to call it or get its attention. The cat in the picture looks to be a mountain lion.
Perhaps the opposite is “shoo kitty, shoo”? Definitely looks like a mountain lion / cougar.
