Between-the-Numbers Books In Order
Between-the-Numbers is a series of holiday novels featuring Stephanie Plum, Janet Evanovich’s most popular fictional heroine. The books also feature Diesel (of the Lizzy and Diesel series) as a bounty hunter with supernatural powers and a love interest for Plum.
The four novels follow the bounty hunter solving a series of holiday-themed mysteries from Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and St. Patrick’s Day to Halloween. The books have the Stephanie Plum blend of action, adventure, romance, and comedy, but with the addition of magical fantasy elements.
The first novella, Visions of Sugar Plums, takes place between Hard Eight and To the Nines of the Stephanie Plum series. The books don’t necessarily have to be read in order to be enjoyed, but it is better to do so for character consistency. Additionally, because this series has some fantastical elements, the Between-the-Numbers books are more adjacent to the Stephanie Plum series than directly related to its continuity.
