Co-owners Romain Beiso and Barbara Rodequin’s dedication to its open concept space and made-from-scratch menu embracing sustainability and local sourcing helps keep the community coming back as well: With homemade cheeseburgers on fresh bread, quiches, sandwiches, and carbonara with handmade pasta, it’s one of the few places that goes above and beyond with what goes on the table.
